We are looking for someone who:

Has experience working in an Enterprise environment (Enterprise mindset)

Has knowledge of windows server, Active Directory, powershell, group policy management, firewall configuration, networks, etc...
Plusses:
~ Multilingual: Dutch, French, English or German
~ Experience in public transport
~ Knowledge of HASTUS or a planning system
~ Knowledge of Azure, Virtualization, Citrix Application Delivery, MSSQL/Oracle DB
~ SOAP, JSON, REST, etc...

You are our customers' first point of contact for technical questions related to HASTUS.
You analyze the customer's needs and look for the best solution to implement this within HASTUS or the surrounding infrastructure.
You are able to capture and document all requirements in order to define a clear scope.
You implement and deliver within the set milestones and deadlines.
You visit the customer to work together, provide training or support with the go-live.
You provide direct contact with GIRO (supplier HASTUS) where necessary.
You actively participate in documenting knowledge in our knowledge management system.
You log bugs to the supplier and follow up on them.
You process change requests and implement/document them.
You participate in the on-call shift (rotation)

· A monthly gross salary between 2700.00 EUR and 4000.00 EUR based on experience.
